I think this is something so many people forget today. We are very easy to criticize, but when someone makes a correction, we often forget to compliment the change. Didn't think about it much, but you are right that Ramy has really turned over a new leaf. When he missed the Pittsburg Pro and said he would do his best to change, he kept his word. Reminds me of when he fell outside of the top 6 in 2018 and said he would not disappoint his fans again and come back better, he subsequently won the 2020 Mr. Olympia.

It's always good in this day and age where false bravado is so widespread to have a champ who means what he says.
