Edited to cut out talking piece.
Just I wanted to have it here.
You can't see Mark Lambert, but you can hear his wonderful voice.

I don't own any rights for this masterpiece.

I saw a highschool version of this and they had students planted in the audience that would stand and sing and give the nazi salute and it was this eerie feeling even then

That creepy smile of Joel Gray's was scarier than anything he did on Buffy The Vampire Slayer.

Regarding comparisons with the Russian singer Shaman. We must not forget that the film is from the USA, and both the actor and the poet who composed the songs are from the USA. Moreover, the entire scene is depicted in a clearly Nazi-friendly context. Was everything like this in reality... Is this how it was all in Germany at that time?

This scene makes me sick to my stomach and my skin crawl. I have met people who managed to live through this horror. Is it going to happen here? Will we be so stupid to allow it?

this is a wonderful song, no matter it nazism. I think Canadians should sing this for some patriotism
