Was mindlessly eating cheese & crackers while watching. Half way through I paused the video and stacked the odds in favor of my health. I put four more crackers on a plate and put everything away. Now if I want more I'll have to get everything out instead of just reaching for another. This short video has the potential to be really life changing if put into practice.
