This dynamic was created to represent financial struggles some parents face and try to hide them from their kids. As someone who grew up with parents who struggled financially my dad was a single dad. He hid most of his financial struggles, when I hit middle school I gained opportunities to make money through helping at youth group and I bought myself some makeup and whatever else I wanted. I didn’t go on school trips as we couldn’t afford it, so my dad would save up and take me and my friend to a nascar race. He did his best with what he had and I am greatful

Saying I quit definitely wasn’t the best answer. Her method of protecting her daughter from the financial struggles could’ve been smoother but I see she is trying to be positive and stay positive for her daughter. Mom is actually for her children more than daughter could know. But saying I quit was not a smooth move 😅

I see a lot of people talking about how the mom didn’t actually quit but she got fired, but what I’m focused on is the fact she’s been posting videos of her daughter online without getting her okay.

Her being forced to partake in her mom’s social media is particularly heartbreaking to me. So many children are being exploited these days and people don’t even realize it.

I think people keep missing that the mom has two issues, not just one. Putting on a front and her need for outward validation. She shares everything with her followers.
But with a quick Google check we can find our that Rochelle is 13. And we know that the mom turned 30. So she had her when she was about 17! It seems that instead of being one of the teen moms who end up maturing a lot, she still maintains her childishness. Which is okay in a sense, but not when you're making your child act like the adult
