It probably wont happen if Palachook is still Queen. This place wont be worth living in if she is in control

Queensland is likely to have an LNP government by the end of 2024 while NSW is stuck with Labor until 2027. Australians leave Labor states.

Why would anyone want to come to Victoria. It's a bloody disaster run by a dictator.

All they had to do was stop The Chinese buying the available rentals, that's what made Sydney unaffordable.Ban Foreign Ownership. The Chinese left them Vacant, and no one could live in them..

Need to look at Air B & B and other such arrangements. Where I live houses are being snapped up for the B & B market. This means no long term rentals available, no families moving in and being part of the community, no new students for the local school. In a rural area this makes a huge difference in so many ways There needs to be a limit per local government area. I haven't heard anyone talking about this, but I am seeing the effects locally and it's not good.

I don't recommend coming to WA .
The vast open spaces, clean air, lovely clean beaches, no crowds, the isolation from all the nasty stuff. It's just not Sydney.

Labor will be happy, somewhere to put all those immigrants.

What is needed is a huge continent wide plan for decentralisation, incorporating water and food supplies, business growth incentives, transport hubs to link east west north south. Immigrants want to come, great, move them into the new decentralised cities. This would be the single biggest ever project the country has or would ever undertake, but it's truly needed to stop the uncontrolled growth on the southern and eastern seaboards. Does Labour have the guts for this, not bloody likely! As for power, with the advent of fusion Aus should definitely go Nuclear for power, we have the raw materials!

300, 000 migrants coming in, many of them will live 15 - 20 to a house, that will push rents ever higher, garages turn into family rooms, caravans and granny flats go in the yard, 5 more cars go in the street, which in turn means property prices go up due to higher return.
