Good if under 30 degree (except the collar for short sleeve its better to have camp collar and the fit of the shirt who is a lil too loose) and above 30degree instead of chino pants wear a Bermuda shorts

You can always wear Summer clothes in the cold (aside from shorts and flip-flops), but you cannot wear Winter clothes during warm weather.

I agree with a lot of the tips, but shortsleeved shirts make all men look like toddlers in my opinion.
Much rather buy longsleeved and roll them up, which can also be done in a variety of ways.
Makes it look semi-casual and a lot more mature.
