" He will sit in the Mishkan of Elohim "... Never is the Church mentioned as "the house of God" but the Temple. So to me it makes sense that it would be the temple. He causes all sacrifices to cease, again, you need a temple for sacrifice.

It's sad to see so many Christians misinterpreting the "end times" prophecies in the Bible. Most of the prophecies (including those regarding the temple) were fulfilled in the first century. Jesus said "Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom." (Matthew 16:28) and "Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened." (Matthew 24:34). Revelation was written by John to seven specific churches (read Revelation 1). These prophecies were not given for us 2, 000 years later. They were given to the people of that generation alive during the time of Christ, and they were fulfilled in AD 70 when the temple was destroyed.
