Hannah is better Evelyn because

- Hannah can execute low health players
- If you rush with your team as Hannah you can execute them quicker and the combo bar goes higher
- losing 10HP is bad but it’s not to much of a difference to normal HP
- Evelyn may be able to clutch and get +15 shield with speed but that doesn’t really compete to what Hannah can do
- Hannah can also clutch when falling into the void if an enemy is low
- Hannah is consistent because it’s a guaranteed kill if they are low unless they run away but you can just use gloops if they do
- both Evelyn and Hannah can get glooped
- Hannah can whipe out teams easier
- Hannah is a better team kit
- Hannah is slightly better when your soloing

and when paired with a good sword or crossbow or void its goated
