Namaste and welcome back to Oceanfront Yoga.
This is an all levels vinyasa or power yoga practice. It is meant to be simple, yet not easy. Always keep in mind that this is primarily a breath based meditation that we add physicality to. The amount of physicality and intensity level is completely up to you.
Remember the rules:
1. Breath deep
2. Honor what your feeling
3. Thank yourself for showing up
