I see nowhere in that passage (1 Corinthians 15:22) that says that. It's not an "opportunity" for all to be in Christ. We didn't have a free will choice or an "opportunity" to be condemned by Adam but yet here we are today. We don't have an "opportunity" to make a free will choice to be saved by Jesus Christ, the savior of the world. We (everyone, past, present and future) have equally inherited both our condemnation by Adam and our salvation by Christ. We are not saved by works, but by grace. If saying the sinner's prayer or doing an alter call, water baptism or asking Jesus into your heart in order for Christ's atonement in abolishing death to be true and fully realized, then grace was never grace in the first place.

And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. (John 6:39)
