St Denis - burial place of the Kings of France

Join TV historian Tony McMahon as he visits the last burial place of the Kings of France.

The Basilica of St Denis was the last resting place of the Kings and Queens of France. But it got smashed up in the 1789 French Revolution and is now located in a very working class suburb of Paris. Much of the building has been destroyed but the 12th century nave remains. Tony McMahon went to investigate further.
