Usually that means that the target you have selected does not have any tweets, instagram or flickr pictures with geolocation information

twitter plugin is not correctly configured error authenticating with twitter ordinal not in range 128, error occurred while using test plugin configuration. HELP!!

Does it use EXIF information to determine location - or user tagged information, which can be set to anything?

I can't get ANY locations, even for my own Twitter account. I made sure my Twitter allows location in my settings. Still get the message "No locations found for the selected project".  Anyone???
