I’m so happy to see you are not using a filter. Please continue the same. I realized this in my mid twenties. As a teenager I used to think that why their make up is snatched and mine is look like make up.

I like the soft focus finish of the elf and the way that it reflects light in a way that corrects discoloration without covering. I don’t use foundation but I’m planning on picking this up to try in place of foundation because I feel like it won’t cover my freckles but it’ll offer the kind of correction I need for the redness on the lower half of my face

CT is better as a primer because it’s a tad stickier, where ELF is better as a foundation.

The Elf looks like it might have more pink in it. I might try the Elf as I don't like the metallic sheen in the CT Flawless.
