Towards the tip it's 23° but the closer u get to the handle it gets down to 13° NICE KNIFE! At least the 20cv variant goes down to 13° 👍🏼👊🏼

I’m revisiting this to add that now that I’ve had the knife for 2 or 3 weeks I’m just as obsessed with it as I was from the start. I loved it from the day I got it and it has since broken in really nicely. It’s approaching total fall shut closing, cuts like a dream, and Michael is fantastic to work with. If anybody’s on the fence on this knife, I suggest you hand over your money and get in on this. It’s hard to believe the price won’t go up significantly over time, especially now that he’s switched to 20cv steel.

His customer service is excellent I just sent in the previous version for a warranty issue and he decided to put that new blade and back spacer on my V5 and anytime you send him a message he gets right back to you and is very easy to deal with. It is pretty impressive for a one man shop and he also was saying he should be coming with some new models very soon...

I had a black g10 v6 one and it had a nice detent but on closure it wasn't the smoothest. It could've just needed time to break-in and develop a detent track on that heavy stonewash. I wish the pocket clip had two screws holding it down because there was some movement side to side in it when you would grip it. I had concerns with it with long term use if the clip would get loose from only being held down with one screw and g10. What annoyed me is the disassembly. It required a small hex to disassemble it. Not as bad as hinderer with the amount of tools but still. It's still impressive for a one guy shop, though. Hopefully the v7 will fix some of those slight issues. Excited to see your take on it!

Just picked up a Brown Micarta version and to say I'm excited is a major understatent. I've wanted one of these since the V4's but could never get ahold of one before they sold out. Can't wait to get it in the mail!

Minimalism has never looked so `stylish’. Everything is in the right place and aesthetics has never been as pleasing, the eye just flows over it as palpable excitement mounts and you realise that this `has‘ to become a fixture in the collection 😄 thanks for the vid Bryan 🙂

I can’t put my finger on exactly why, but I haven’t been this excited to get a knife in a long time. It reminds me of how I felt about the old We Deacon model, which I could never talk We into making in a lefthand carry version. Finally, a way classy knife with lefthand carry - something We, Reate, and others ignore on 90% of their designs, and which they ignore on virtually all of their classiest designs. Other than Benchmade I had all-but given up on giving manufacturers any of my money.

I see three changes from my V5. Blade finish, clip ramp and right and left pocket clip positions. It no longer has the hidden clip screw. That will make disassembly and maintenance easier.
