As a german i can say that liquid shit is quite rare here and in the rest of europe and only occurs when u ate something your body doesnt like for example eating something fatty like fries or too much of them. And it usually comes with stomach cramps or some other stomach problems when it occurs

Its actually very true, people just dont really focus on it that much, they do, but with a different perspective. They say the food is bad in America as a standard, but yes, the very fact that diarrhea can be a weekly thing or even monthly is actually quite fucking bad.
