I'm from Germany, that's probably why I don't get this, but at first it was a national emergency of such magnitude that Trump could impose the tariffs on every country without going through congress first, but now the tariffs can be paused or lifted again? So is the emergency over now? Because we have kissed your president's large behind? Is that about what went down? What I can tell you for sure is that everybody over here thinks that the US have become a total clown show.
