I can actually sort of understand what your explaining, about a year ago I used to have this thing where my heart "skips a beat" and I had the heart monitor for 24 hours but after a while I didn't want to make myself anxious so I never went to the hospital again. Tbh I've been feeling pretty good since then. Sorry to make this about me but what I wanted to conclude is this piece of advice: live your life normally which is something your doing great at and hopefully it'll all get better eventually.

I grew up with a similar electrical heart issue. Went through an ablation procedure to correct it. Hopefully the holter monitor can capture the issue and you can get the right treatment option Samara! Stay strong and get well soon!

My mom also suffers from a similar situation, old girl.
I'd highly recommend that you stay away from the scary or stressful games and stick to the gym and cardio.
