I want to downgrade 18.3.0.0 database to 12.2.0.0 .I have a two node RAC where three databases are running. I want to test by downgrading one of the database . Appreciate if you can help with the steps and procedure to perform the same.

So, what if the TimeZone was upgraded during the upgrade from 18c to 19c? Cannot we still use the Downgrade Scripts?
