For me personally there is Absolutely nothing I can’t live without. The upgrades are so incremental I don’t see the value. I’ll save my $1200.00 and spend $85.00 for a new battery. Cheers to those who do, and to those who don’t upgrade - it’s all personal preference.

I won’t be upgrading my iPhone 14 Pro Max as it’s still like new, my battery still lasts 3 to 4 days. It’s still very fast as well. I do love the newer camera features on the 16 pro max, maybe next year when the 17 comes out. Thanks for this review, this is exactly what I needed to see. 😊

I am upgrading from the 14 Pro Max to 16 Pro Max mainly because the battery has deteriorated so much that my old phone will now hardly last a day if away from charger. I’m certainly going to be using the 80% maximum charge feature to preserve the battery on the new phone. Only reason I’m considering upgrading from my 14 Pro max to the 16 Pro max is for the USB-C. Other than that. It’s practically the same phone since iPhone 12. Just with 5G and two extra buttons.
