The metal charging software fell out so I can’t charge my switch and it died so it doesn’t work and I have had my switch for years and loved it but now it doesn’t work anymore and there’s nothing I can do😢

Unfortunately didn’t fix mine. Looks like my power adapter is faulty. It is the official one, had it since launch… Guess I need to buy a new one lol

It was showing the Charging Icon but it wasn't charging... Just had this problem first thing today with an original charger I bought recently, brand new, from Nintendo and boxed, I read on the internet to try this but didn't believe it would work, then clicked your video seeing if you had a different suggestion and it worked while watching your video :)

When I put in the stand to connected it to the TV it works for a little bit and then it turns Black on the TV screen

I did this and it worked and then later it gave me the same problem by not charging and I tried what you did in the video and now it doesn’t want to work again 😔

Fun fact: You can use a steam deck charger on the dock and it works...

So.... what if your dock Said F U and just quit charging and going to TV? Cause the power cable works fine directly In the switch. But nothing going through the dock.
