How are you a doctor speaking on this topic when you obviously have not read the literature on the subject?

"Some people believe they're less harmful"
Seriously dude, have you actually read any studies on the matter?
It's light-years safer than cigarettes.

I think this has mostly been disproven in the last few years especially in the case of nicotine pouches which do not in fact cause cancers.

It is scientifically showed that smokeless tobacco is 99% less risky then smoking and also the smoke that kills, not tobacco. Studies out of Sweden have shown no connection to snus and any oral cancer or cancer of any kind. Quitting after a while is hard, no doubt. But it’s worthy to feel healthy and be proud of achieving a great goal. Quitting by using smokeless is also an alternative and it is been proved in many aspects.
