Kenyan journalist Charles Onyango-Obbo describes how humanitarian organizations should harness local community responses rather than setting up large, isolated camps for refugees and internally displaced people. He advises humanitarian organizations to improve their communication in order to mobilize support from communities and the public.

Wonderful comment - how can they improve on communication.... if there is a plan, and further training and efforts to be in closer touch with the local people on the ground, there is no reason why such a great idea should not be addressed, as well as successful!
