This farm does not show up on my map, can't find it?? I am playing the VR game.. any ideas

I can't seem to find them farm. I've heard that the farm and it's mission is paid dlc, is this true?

I guess we just have to figure out how to hire help on our own. Everything you showed is nothing new.
