3 Michelin stars restaurant at Hotel de Ville (Crissier, Switzerland) is the place where Frank Giovannini performs culinary magic. Giovannini, a 3 Michelin stars magician, shows the sophistication of the haute cuisine. The idea of the menu is all about local "farm-to-table" products. Every plate takes a lot of work. The tasting menu is a culinary journey that you will not forget.

"The world's best restaurant keeps its three stars".

In 2015, “La Liste” published a list of the world’s best restaurants. The Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville, in Crissier, near Lausanne, in Switzerland, grabbed the number one spot. A remarkable achievement. The restaurant was ranked number one. Now it's in 5th place.

Chef Giovannini doesn't go for compromise — he is a perfectionist, control freak and real food aficionado. He loves good food and simple food. 3 Michelin stars, "simple food", of course.

Powdered pillow of Tomatoes from Vaud seasoned with avocado and spicy sauce vierge with basil

Lobster refreshed with coral cold velouté with Marc du Lavaux and young spinach

Crunchy Green Beans from la Côte cooked with black pearls and garden herbs juice

Elegant Porcini and Chanterelles vegetal ravioli tasty reduced sauce with Marsanne grapes

Crispy fillet of Red Mullet purple artichoke flavored with saffron from Jorat

Fine Bouchot Mussels moisten with Dézaley wine light nage with fresh herbs from Orny

Noble piece of Beef from Canton de Vaud glossy with tangy figs and Cornalin wine « Combe d’Enfer »

Selection of fine Cheeses

Refreshing sherbet of yellow Peach and lime marinated with lemon grass

Frozen bites of Apricot from Valais and almonds sparkles with Abricotine liquor

For lunches from Tuesday to Friday, the can offer a quick menu at 195 CHF which can be finished within 2 hours.

It's marvelous to see that Chef Giovanni is carrying on the tradition of the two great chefs who preceded him. Plus ca change...I was lucky to lunch and dine there on 3 occasions in the 1990's, the heyday of the man who put Crissier on the map, Freddy Giradet. Bravo

There are *very few* things in life that make me happy. Eating good food is one of them. I've been to multiple Michelin Star restaurants. Ie. Per Se, Eleven Madison Park, Daniel, Jean-Georges, The French Laundry, Joel Robuchon, etc. etc. I would love to put this on my list! The food looks amazing!

I didn’t understand one word, I speak italian and english only, but watching the dished one by one and the way the kitchen works at every ingredient made my the happyest man on earth. I watched the whole video wishing I understood and spoke French...wow such beauty and love wow
