It wasn't stolen. Per Olivia and Paramore speaking on the inspiration and sampling but Olivia still gave them royalty rights anyways. There was no sueing or court. She did it because of the hella drama and her love for the band and since her fans believed Paramore should get credit. She gave it to them. Even tho she didn't have to.

First of all, that’s not Olivia. Second of all, Hayley had been the subject of plagiarism accusations herself back in 2020 when she was accused of copying iamwhoami. She said that people have made things similar to Paramore and that it just happens. Also, explain why Hayley a year later would want writing credits involving a song that she wrote when she was seventeen and has expressed remorse for, due to said song’s misogynistic lyrics? Not to mention with an ex-band member who has been problematic, making homophobic statements and supposedly being responsible for initiating the writing credits? Please explain, because I hate it that people are completely ignoring this fact when talking about this whole situation.
