That’s probably the only puzzle she didn’t have to suffer through in my playthrough. She spent most of it getting attacked by rats

2 possible implications from this:

1. Kris was forced to step off and nearly fry Noelle by us and was hurt by the fact she did it back to them bc it wasnt their fault in the first place

2. Kris is very much one of those people who can't take the punishment they dish out lmao

On the other hand, I felt like a horrible person when I accidentally hit the switch to let the mice out when the puzzle was still not finished

But I tried to be as nice as I could to everyone in my playthrough-

1:05 I'm guessing this is because messing around with Noelle was the player's idea, not Kris's?? So when Noelle did the same thing to Kris they got hurt because they didn't want to do that in the first place

She doesn't get mad at you because she knows you are a prankster by nature (Even though you are just emulating what is expected of Kris from talking to her and her dad in ch1). However I think if you try to act closer to Noelle she gives a HINT that maybe the pair of you are closer than you think.

Kris in this moment is just a cat. Messing with Noelle, only to get offended or sad when one upped themself. It's great.
