B2B is often slower to market due to internal politics and positioning. Ideas must go through multiple levels of approval, and individuals may claim others' ideas as their own. There's also competition and power struggles within the company. For instance, when it comes to disruption, long-time employees might resist new ideas from younger colleagues because they feel threatened and act in their own self-interest. Internally, if a company wanted to develop its own influencer through a podcast or YouTube channel, many would vie for the role, but it would likely end up with the least qualified person who knows how to play office politics.
