2). Whom does she owe?
3). How much has she paid back?
4). At what interest rate is she paying her debts?
5). What was the loan for and has it served its purpose?
6). What does Kenya want to spend?
7). On what does Kenya want to spend it?
8). How much does she currently collect in revenue?
9). How is this collection spent?
10). How can the current revenue be used prudently to avoid waste and over taxation?
11). How can we seal loopholes of corruption so that revenue is used for what it is budgeted?

These are very reasonable questions.
