Just listened to this presentation, and found it ironic. In this presentation, Mr. Devereux talks about "understanding your customer and their journey" and yet when I, a loyal customer of his company contacted his customer service staff with a concern, I was demeaned. And as a result of that treatment, I will be finishing the many bottles of his company's products that we have in our household, and never buying them again. Funny how it's often the least paid employees of an organization who wield the most power. This particular CS agent might do this once a day, or once a week, and Mr. Devereux will never know how many loyal (or potential) customers were lost. It's great that Mr. Devereux is all about knowing his customer, . It's sad that he has some people on staff who just don't care .
