Welcome to our YouTube Track Challenge! This episode we have Ben and Ben from Gears & Gasoline compete in our Budget Miata to see who can set the fastest lap and claim to be the fastest YouTuber between them.

The track was still wet.
The tires were too cold.
The brakes were too hot.
There was a strong headwind.
The lap timer messed up.
The emergency brake was on.
The top of the windscreen was in my eyeline.
I got mixed up and thought we were running the chicanes on the front straight.
I thought it was a drift competition.
The car was running on low boost.
PT told me the wheels might come off above 75mph.
DP's reading glasses were on upside-down.
My hands were cold.

This really is the perfect car for this. It won't make everyone spin out like crazy, but still oversteers when people fuck up. Very entertaining in car footage I think.

This is proof that the vast majority of people can learn a lot about driving in a low cost Mazda Miata. You don't need a super fast car to get out there and have fun!

Great series! Showing a quick data overlay showing MPH on the driver's fastest lap would make a great visual when revealing the times.
