Thank you for the video, great info. For someone who wants to work with crops (greenhouse) but still wants to keep the family in a urban like area, it seems to be a good place. Put it on my list.

They are tearing down lovely houses built in the 40s and 50s and building architectural montrosities. That is a con. So are property taxes of $40, 000 to $50, 000
for a house in the Cliff Estates.

People who don't have the money to buy Wellesley houses should not be looking in Wellesley. It has been that way forever. There are plenty of
other towns to live in. High house prices are actually a pro.
