I really feel like I'm going down the right path. I've been so caught up in my head about how I never get out of my comfort zone anymore and how that has been such a breeding ground for my anxiety. I finally opened up about it to someone unexpected and will be trying to do at least 1 thing a week i normally wouldn't. Even if it is taking the long way home. Because even that makes me nervous because it is not my day to day. (Seriously the anxiety is an problem and everything triggers it) The point is to have someone to help hold me accountable in this and vice versa. I finally opened up for this last night. Then...today I keep seeing daily affirmations relating to it and I watched this where you mentioned us Taurus getting out of our comfort zone. It really is what I need to work on.

I just didn't want it to be a close family member to hold me accountable because I need to do this for me and I don't want them thinking I blame them or think of them in any way by being an enabler.
