I think she is by far one of the only singers to show her flaws live, which is her shyness on stage. Showing such qualities like that gives her such a normal character to love and respect. If you listen really closely at the begging, Byron, Lana's piano player and the guy who says all the stuff in the beginning and between the verses and choruses, starts to say "Yeah" too early and Lana laughs and says, "Byron!"
