2023 Colorado/Canyon 8' Digital Cluster & 11' Radio Full Tour!

In the video, I show you how the 8" digital cluster works along with the 11.3" infotainment radio screen. The two are more integrated than they ever have been as the radio screen controls many of the functions of the digital cluster and the vehicle functions such as headlights and traction control system. With so many functions being controlled through the infotainment radio, does this worry you? Even though the 8" digital cluster is the entry level system, it comes standard and includes a ton of functionality including Google Maps integration. What are your thoughts on the base systems?

Cool thing I found out. On your odometer hold the button with the arrow on your steering wheel and you have 3 different options for your odometer style

What’s frustrating is when I hit the left toggles and I have my full map up. It always showed my radio stations on the speedometer control and it hasn’t done that ever since I did the update. Also, why can’t I get a full display like a speedo and miles per hourlike the canyon there’s other I mean I’m sorry I like to Colorado where it uses the entire dash instead of just bringing it down, I saw other ones that use the entire dash it’s really great

Hey, thanks for taking the time to make the video pretty informative. I’m super excited I ordered mine or I should say at least put an order in back in December still and waiting for GM to give us a production date but they did except it three weeks ago, so hopefully in the next two months, thanks again if you get a Canyon Denali, that would be awesome. I’d love to see the review on that.

The turn-by-turn info below the speedometer is so crucial for me. I have Android Auto on my current vehicle and it's great, but I don't like looking to the right to see the directions.

I'm sure you already know but if you hold the page button (2 squares) while on the tach page you can change to 2 other displays.. i leave it on gauge 2 that has speedo and tach

idk i heard most colorado trailbosses... when they update, sometimes they get stuck updating and it complete drains/fries the battery. :S

Technical Question: Dealer did a global reset of my radio (2023 Canyon) Now, the radio stations do not show on my instrument gauge cluster or heads up display when scrolling or playing. Salesman can't figure it out. Turn by turn GPS works on it as does speed and cruise control icons. Went through all the settings over and over, can't get it to show. They're waiting on a call back from GM. Any ideas how to get it back?

For 2023 Canyons, only the Denali and AT4X time line come with the 11" digital cluster. I don't know why they don't include it as an add-on option for the AT4. Just wondering if anyone has seen a 8" digital cluster successfully swapped out with an 11"...? If this is possible I will order my AT4 tomorrow. Although the AT4X is really nice, I'm really happy with a AT4 (it's all I need and want). Nice video BTW.

At some point maybe Chevrolet will work out the bugs with the infotainment system. My 2 month old Colorado zr1 connects my iPhone when it feels like it, there is also an issue with Sirius radio and intermittent service that Sirius blames on Chevy and my dealer service dept claims to know nothing about. Apparently there is an issue with software updates draining the battery……

Hey any idea i work with these trucks and what type of different versions are these, i was in one where there was a front camera and went in another that is exactly the same but for some reason it won’t show that front camera when in reverse or show the different options

We just got our 2023 Colorado Trail Boss on Sat. The computer system seems complicated for us especially connection to google and blue tooth connecting. This video was very helpful.
