Lovley. It's nice to see a video like this without seeing a mega money workshop. Nice tools, fantastic design and talented hands. Wonderful.

Hey, now I don’t mean to tell you how to do your job, but when you’re tapping your blade up, use sedans rap under the tape, the reason is because the tape will dig into your blade if you leave it there to long, and glueing up your blade takes a long time ( for it to cure of corse), and ones again for anyone else reading this, I’m not saying anything bad about his work, he makes some great knifes, but the tape can make it a lot harder if it does end up digging into your blade, so from blade smith to knife maker, just trying to help you out, but one again, doing some great work, awesome blades, keep it up 👍

I appreciate the knife even more now after seeing how you did it with simple tools and no fancy machine’s. Well done man! That thing is beautiful.

I’ve seen a lot of knives in my life, and this one is the best one. Excellent work and attention to details. I would buy if you were selling.

I make knifes now and then and very proud of them, but this knife and others are in a different class, yours is a work of art mate.

I wish I’d found your videos when I started out making knives. Your use of hand tools is amazing. You should make instructional videos for beginners who have minimal tools (maybe leave out the lathe). This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen so you may already be on that.

Amazing work! The little touches are what sets it off, like the thin layers of copper on each side of the aluminum behind the bolster. You see them but don't realize it, but then the eye is drawn to them and THEN you see/appreciate them. Beautiful!
I have been into pocket and belt knives since I was a kid, then my Boy Scout troop Jeez! total aichmomaniacs! lol There's just something about the lines, the 'flow' and the way it seems to be the most "made for the hand" type of tool, very naturally ergonomic. This is really taking that concept and bringing out the artistry in it, not only of the knife itself but the concept of designing one.
Thanks for also producing and sharing such a well done vid.

I'm not sure what I'm most impressed by.. The end result? The fine attention to detail? Or, the fact you did it mostly filing by hand.?! Excellent work! Thoroughly enjoyed watching and now feel inspired.

An outstanding knife, simply beautiful, you are a craftsman of the finest caliber. The timber on the handle really adds the finishing touches to the project, keep up the good work!

Excellent work! A knife that could be in a display case with other top makers and not be out of place, and totally handmade, with hand tools and lots of Elbow grease! I bet your friends want to hold and play with it all of the time!
