Spielberg is FAMOUS for being incredibly kind to his film crews. I may have described this before but “lunch” (scheduled 6 hrs after you begin regardless of what time of day you begin) but lunch is timed for thirty (30) mins AFTER the LAST PERSON walks through the catering line - and Mr. Spielberg will come, wait and be sure - he is the last person in line. When you think of the immense entitlement in Hollywood- one of its kings is quite humble. But, that is how you judge a king, by how he treats the least of his “subjects” - right?

Steven Speilberg and his wife have donated heavily to his alma mater, Cal State Long Beach. My guess is that he's a great guy to work for; hence the old crew transferring to the new Mega Yacht comes as no surprise. 😎

Been in that area when there was obviously illegal activity happening. In our 47 meter yacht we almost ran over an unlighted vessel that was drifting, when we spotlighted them and started warning signals they did an odd flashing light routine. Not sure who they thought we were but it was the scariest event I’ve ever had.
