In Exam Style Question 2, part d, you can get the answers much faster by appreciating that the maximum velocity occurs when sin(0.5t) = 1, and substituting 1 into sin(0.5t) to get v = 10. You then do the same with maxiumum acceleration, substituting cos(0.5t) = 1 into the acceleration formula to get a = 4.

Hi, I'm not sure if i'm typing this in my calculator incorrectly but at 16.38, when i subbed in 3pi I got -6 as my velocity not 10

Hi question on Q1c What does the -12 mean? For instance if it was positive 12 would that mean the t=8 where it would be the smallest displacement
