The most interesting thing about the Back to the Future entry is that they used to make movies without any thoughts of a sequel. If BTTF was made today it would have sequels in mind from the start.

Lee Majors in The Brothers Solomon. He's in a coma for nearly the entire movie, but there's a deleted scene where he farts, it's absolutely hysterical seeing the other actors trying not to laugh, and then he can't even hold it in and starts laughing, then everyone else break character.

The most egregious thing about "Battleship" is that it's set in 2012, but the last US battleship was decommisioned in 1992.

There was Steven Seagal in Executive Decision. The trailers focused on him and then he was out of the movie after the first act.

Rose was harassed for month on end because her relationship with Fin felt forced, and they gave the actor shit instead of the writers of the movie.

couldn't really count THE FORCE AWAKENS because of the size of the role; Mark Hamill's high billing was a bit of a mistake instead of saving him for a surprise (which film columnists would have given away anyway before anyone saw the film)

Dennis Quaid spends most of "Innerspace" sitting in a chair in a tiny capsule. Then again, his natural charisma in the role kept him an engaging character.

Pretty sure Marlon Brando did less than a week's worth of shooting for the first Superman movie. He apparently did very little in the Apocalypse Now movie as well.

Sean Connery did very little in one of the Highlander movies so much so it seems his voiceover was recorded when he was on the toilet.

Denzel Washington in "The Bone collector" was a prime example. The movie was a fine 90s serial killer thriller with Angelina Jolie but Denzel didnt do anything. He was in this bed of the hospital the whole movie, he was great anyway but wasnt a very physical performance 😂
