Hello .
I have the HE160232 system purchased a few years ago but only just now getting around to install it. It was purchased from Aldi.
Everything seemed to go smoothly but when i turn on the system i get the COCOON screen saying system initialising then the screen goes blank and doesn't come back on.
It has a red and 2 yellow lights on the device face. It is connected hard wired to the modem.
The Cameras that are hooked up are showing red lights.
Hoping you have come across this previously and can assist me with a resolve.

Hi, I have the same model, and clicked on reformat because there was 0 free space, now all 4 cameras says video loss, H.264, how can I fix this cheers,
