My favorite part of this episode was when Shikadai and Denki were explaining how they knew the controller of the Ghost was gonna show up at the post office. While they were talking, Iwabe's facial expression just indicated that he had no idea he was gonna show up there but he goes along with it and says "YEAH." That was amazing

The masked man is Denki (Kide) and he's being manipulated by Shisui Uchiha who was manipulated by Black Zetsu who planned all of this out just to troll everyone. Black Zetsu confirmed as the main antagonist for Boruto.
