For eg Sunway in Petaling Jaya has been successful in the transformation and most of the new projects are developed on reclaimed land. However, many may still misunderstand the risk of highrise being constructed on land that are back-filled.

Another informative episode.Was not aware that reclamation works on lake areas are very common. I thought it would usually be done on sea.

Nth wrong with projects on reclaim land. If contractors, developers do follow all the sop & foundation of the building is good, nth to worry.

Hi Sean, would Lhdn ask for tenancy agreement as a proof of source from rental if I get audit? I do not have tenancy agreement with my tenant, but I do record down the rental income and expenditure of my property every year in a spreadsheet. Is the spreadsheet good enough? Thanks in advance.
