Lagos Police Command Says No Shot Was Fired On Mohbad's Candle Light Procession

Police in Lagos State have described as "false narratives" account of what transpired during the candlelight procession in honour of late artist Mohbad in the Lekki area of the state.
A statement by the police public relations officer SP Benjamin Hundeyin states that the earlier agreement with the organizers was not adhered to.
According to him, the agreement reached is for the procession to end at 8pm and also terminating at Muri Okunola, Victoria Island.
However, after the organizers ended the procession instead of dispersing, some other persons started gathering at the Lekki Toll Gate.
