Just to put things in perspective. I had a daughter first and happily air-traveled to Hawaii with her as a 4 year old. The whole vacation felt like a breeze.
Then I had a son. I used to need a nap after every trip to grocery store with him. I could not even think of traveling anywhere with him until he was in 1st grade! 😅

AMEN BROTHER!! I’m a Mom of 3 boys. My Sister-in-Law is a Mom of 4 boys. Neither of us has girls. 7 boys under 1 roof is the equivalent of the entire Russian Army in your house!!!

Raising boys is NOTHING like raising girls, I can GUARANTEE you that!!!

You don’t have to be a triage nurse when you have girls. You don’t have to be the toilet police when you have girls. You don’t need to own a grocery store when you have girls and you don’t need to hire professional Bouncers along with armed Animal Control Officers as babysitters!

It has always baffled me why Boy Moms don’t start a second career once the kids are gone, as Prison Wardens….we are experts at it, have better experience, much higher tolerances, can organize & mobilize better & faster than most 5 star generals and have absolutely no problem sleeping like a baby through riots and chaos!!

I learned after having my son (second child) that being a boy mom is a whole lot different than being a girl mom. My daughter was first born and the difference between the two was unbelievable. ❤
