This is the ultimate comfort food: picadillo! 😋 I'm making it with ground beef, salsa verde and potatoes. Very easy to make, you're going to love it 🥰

PICADILLO EN SALSA VERDE INGREDIENTS:
For the salsa:
► 8 tomatillos
► 2 jalapeños
► 1/4 white onion
► 2 garlic cloves
► 1 cup of water
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
For the picadillo:
► 3 potatoes
► 1 lb. ground beef
► 1/2 white onion
► The blend seasoning
