In this video, I set out on a quest with the worst team in FC 24 to conquer the world, by beating every team in our path. As we win matches, we take over the lands of losing clubs and see how far we can grow the UCD Dublin empire before it crumbles!

Edit: I think after you reach 4 stars you should give a +1 to a maximum of 3 goal scorers per match, even if its a loss, if you score you should upgrade the goalscorer(s), and also a +1 upgrade for the goalkeeper every time he kept a clean sheet, if you score 4 or more you should upgrade the squad by +1, I think it would be pretty balanced. But this is only for the endgame or early endgame, until then I think your own rules are perfect to upgrade a weak team fairly.
