Yup, usually at work I can hold back most of the noise but anywhere else I don’t go through the effort and I end up basically yelling, also I often need to shine my flashlight at my eyes to get it out.

Omgggg my grandma used to scream like she was getting murdered when she sneezed and now I do the same thing and realize it’s actually involuntary like... it’s so weird! But sneezing feels sooo good to me. Such a release.
