A new way to store the outriggers. So simple, why didn't I think of it before. I used 1/2"x 3 5/8" pins. #homesteading #farming #harborfreight #towabletrencher

Nice mod. I always just throw mine in the back hoe bucket, but mine never leaves the property.

When you have the outriggers on it and working, what is the distance between the outriggers where they contact the ground ?

Can you drill a hole through the outrigger mount that slides into the channel 90 degrees from the existing one & slide it back into the normal slot with the outrigger pointed up? Would that leave enough tire clearance?

Greetings!
I have an unrelated question:
I modified my trencher to work on the 3 point hitch of MF35.
Problem is, I disconnected the hydraulic lines and cannot remember which hydraulic line goes to the pump. Is it the one to the left or right ? (When sitting on the machine)

To make little easier may weld the pins in place and then only worry about the keeper pins. Just a thought. Less to keep up with. Only have to tack weld

Could you just store them with the extensions the other direction and not worry about hitting it?
