Managing Gram-Negative Sepsis
Показать описание
Sepsis is a life-threatening condition involving pathophysiological alterations and ill consequences that happen due to the presence of pathogens, cell components, or toxins released by them. Gram-negative bacteria cause sepsis or septic shock by releasing endotoxins. As part of the immune response to this endotoxin, various chemicals, including tumor-necrosis factors, are released which may result in organ dysfunction and shock. Manging such septic shock can be a challenging task. Therefore, having sound knowledge about gram-negative sepsis and its management is of utmost importance. To shed some more light on this topic, we have organized an informative session, in association with the Hold Medical Academy of India, where eminent speakers will share their insights on “Managing Gram-negative Sepsis” on 2nd March 2022, 9:00 PM onwards. Stay tuned for this exclusive session!
