At least this kitchen actually has workspace by the range. Most that I've seen only have about a foot on either side. I don't care for the raised counter though. I prefer it level with the regular counter.

This is pretty nice. I'm older so would replace dishwasher for deep drawers that I've seen in other models. Dishwashers use a lot of electric. Price is nice. also.

I wanted to say it's adorable for 1 or a couple starting out or even an older couple who wants to downsize. Or a single mother with 1 child starting out.

Hello Timothy. This is an okay place. Price isn't bad either. As a vacation or weekend home I'd leave as is, except for putting the microwave on the countertop and adding a gas fireplace under the mantle, and your suggestion of getting a moveable island is something I'd do even for a full-size house if possible. I'm not sure I like the raised counter in the kitchen either. I'm short so it might be hard for me to see over good. But if I was going to use this place as my permanent home, I'd still do the above stuff; Plus, we don't need a dishwasher (don't know why anyone would in that small of a place!), so add another cabinet and/or drawers there. The bathroom is a little on the small size. Would have to put in a Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo, but not sure if there's room around the commode area for me to be comfortable or not. Might have to use that other bedroom plus the bathroom, and divide it up into a bathroom that would work for me and a Utility room. Need those more than an extra bedroom! Might even use that front porch, and enclose it and add it to the living room and kitchen and dining room area. I'd need to do this as there is No Where to put Grandma's China Cabinet, and that is a Big Deal Breaker for me in a permanent home! Put porches on the sides and back of the house; except at the back door, which is where a Garage would be built and a storage area and a Pantry added to it. Would probably build the garage and things in it even on a vacation/weekend home too. Anyway as I said, Timothy, it's an okay place. You did good with the video as usual. Well that's a nice house for it's small size but it's not a park model. That's a manufactured home. A park model is an RV. It could be a very expensive mistake for someone to buy the wrong one, thinking that they're both the same.
