Another cool discovery thanks to Pete and SoT -- I listened and ordered it during lunch hour. Massive, heavy riffs, pounding drums and a powerful Jim Morrison-like vocal from Caleb Weidenbach sealed the deal. Very anxious for your review in the morning Pete.

Since episode posted a day early, had a chance to listen to this all the way through. Really enjoyed this. With your comments, now needing to go listen to some Danzig to see how those vocals sound. Sampled a few songs on Bandcamp and your right, vocals are eerily similar to Glen Danzig. Music sounds great.

Just checked out the band and musically they're similar to Fireball Ministry and the vocals are like Danzig but in a slightly higher range. Good stuff.

Listening to it now. Excellent! I am a tad sad it flew under my radar for nearly a year. At times, it feels as if there are almost too many dynamic, promising, cool young bands in the lanes of doom/sludge/stoner/etc., lol. An embarrassment of riches. It can be easy to miss gems.

This wasn’t bad, but I liked the Sundrifter much better wasn’t crazy about the vocals actually. The Sundrifter was much more up my alley. Although Harry Silver is a great drummer.

How can a band nobody has ever heard of and nobody cares about be a 4 out of 5 stars? There are Zeppelin, Beatles, Floyd, Stones, Rush, etc albums you would rate 4 out of 5. These clowns are in that league? Come on with these ratings. Need a bigger scale
